Discussion
Third party policies
Any privacy policy could be considered as a document, which mainly elucidates how
the administration manages any consumer, employee or client evidence, which are collected
during the operations of the organisation (Sunyaev et al., 2014). Majority of the websites
makes their respective privacy strategies accessible to the site guests. Any privacy sheet must
postulate a personally identifiable statistics that has been congregated like the address, name
as well as the credit card number and any other details such as the order history, browsing
habits, downloads and uploads. These particular policies must also explain if any data must
be residing on the computer of users like the cookies (Helm, 2014). It has been discovered
that policies must reveal if the data might be pooled with or sold to the third parties and the
reason for selling to the third parties. This is where the discussion of third party policies arise.
The third parties who receive the data for handling must clearly specify to the owner of the
data about the security mechanisms that have been implemented or the methods by which
data could be retrieved during the situation of hazard or any theft (Green, Sterner & Wagner,
2014). In the situation of CARIA, the third party privacy policies are required to clearly
mention the methods by which data would be made available to any authenticated user
