Best Practice Areas and why The best practice area which has been recorded for the Dream Lodge and silver side is that the high quality of dementia care is been provided to the patients. This is because the number of complaints made under this area is low. It has also been analysed that the access to nurses and other professionals are also been satisfactory in the elderly care units. This is the main reason which has assisted them in providing better services to the people who have been admitted under them. It has also been analysed that Regular activities are arranged and are suitable for resident’s needs (Akhtar and et.al., 2019). This is been done by the Dream Lodge as so many people who have been admitted to the elderly care unit has provided the information that they strongly agree about the statement. The people in Silver side and Bramble Lane has also agreed to the information. The Bramble lane elderly home also needs to lay focus on the lack of family visits as there are so many complaints which are been made related to it. So management needs to take better decisions on this. The three elderly home also needs to ensure or make sure that the common areas are been cleaned.
