Comparative Analysis of Hotels: Data Analysis Study

This document presents the findings of a data analysis study on the comparative analysis of hotels. The study focuses on customer complaints, facilities, and services provided by three hotels: Bury Hill Golf, Willow Park Lakes, and Beavers Lake and Golf Park. The analysis reveals the performance of each hotel in terms of customer satisfaction and identifies areas for improvement. Recommendations are provided for management to enhance the quality of food, hygiene, timing of breakfast, and sanitation. The study concludes that Willow Park Lakes performs better than the other two hotels in terms of customer satisfaction.
