Executive summary
The purpose of this report is to describe a clear view of enterprise information
architecture and intelligent enterprise design. The report will help the Australian Federal
government to understand the benefits offered with e-governance system. The report will

1.0 Introduction
The report aims at describing the importance of e-government towards the Australian
federal government. The main characteristic that is obtained with the current system is that it
offers better dimension towards maintaining a citizen centricity that helps in reviewing the
government function from outside. The present system also offers a common infrastructure
and interoperability that ensures better encouragement towards the people of citizen. The
report will focus on discussing the intelligent enterprise design that will help the government to
implement better system. The e democracy concept will help in delivering better government
services towards the citizens. It is important use innovative technology within the government
system so that it becomes easy to connect the government with the Australian citizen. It is
important to focus on information analysis evolution so that it becomes easy to explain the
benefits that generates from Historical reporting to anticipate and shape. Enterprise
information architecture reference architecture is used with the aim of developing an e-
government system. The report will explain the benefits that are achieved with the proposed
system.
2.0 Intelligent enterprise design
The vision of the organization is to develop an intelligent e-government system that will
ensure better connectivity towards the people and government. With the implementation of
new system the future products and services will get enhanced. Thus the aim is to generate a
system that will be beneficial for the government and will effectively handle all the process
taking place within the system. The developed system will provide a better channel towards the
citizen for communicating with the government. This will help in generating better rules that
helps in enhancing the functions.
2.1 Information sources
The reason of having anticipated and shape reporting is that it includes different types
of data that are being used as actionable data. Once the data is being collected these are being
analysed based on their respective sources. The data are being collected from internal sources,
unstructured data and from instrumented data. However the main reason of having actionable
data is that it helps in enlarging the functions related to business. In addition to this they also
provide a better shape towards the data that ensures in development of useful data. This data
are used at the time of decision making. This process is being developed mainly for the purpose
of analysing the different types of data. This process includes in taking several information that
has several actionable data. On the other hand main aim of conducting historical reporting is
that it offers better way of gathering the internal information related to transaction systems.
