Data The study used primary data collected using a semi-structured questionnaire designed by the researcher. The data comprise of five variables including agency, the rank of the respondent, satisfaction score, and location of the respondent. To ensure a representative sample is acquired, the study covered geographical locations; metropolitan and regional Australia. Level of job satisfaction of the respondents was assigned a satisfaction score, thus converting it to be numeric. Since the study aimed to establish the relationship between the level of satisfaction and other variables, ANOVA procedure was appropriate. The chosen technique was appropriate since the level of satisfaction was numeric while rank was categorical(McCusker & Gunaydin, 2015). Data entry was done using SPSS software. Since the sample was not huge, the data entry process was ease, and no serious errors like missing values or outliers were committed during the process. Therefore, the data was found to be free from any missing or outlying cases and hence accurate results would be obtained after analysis. References McCusker, S., & Gunaydin, S. (2015).
