According to this journal, abortion is justified, when it is mandatory securing the woman from
dreadful health issues or for saving the life of the mother whose poor health condition does not
allow her to carry a baby. This journal also argues that for the victims of the atrocious crime
like rape, abortion or the medical procedure to terminate the life of the baby, should be
legalized. Finally, this book states that, apart from the exceptional cases, intentional abortion
by a woman should not be allowed and there should be federal laws restricting intentional
abortion. Again, this book claims that, for the exceptional cases, there should be federal rights
which will be applicable only after a thorough investigation of the case. Hence, this journal
argues that, abortion should be the federal right.
