The identification of theneeds of the organization to sustain in the market through the enumeration of the differentuncertainties and the manner in which the uncertainties can be dealt with forms the major contextof the problem solving models. It helps in determining the steps and the procedures that arefollowed by the business to deal with the various risk factors and uncertainties that are faced bythe organizations in the market. Need for problem solving model The need for the problem solving model depends on the macro and micro situations thatare faced by the businesses. it helps in the identification of the different probable steps andprocedures that might be considered by the businesses to bring in transition in the presentsituations of the business. On the other hand, the identification of the needs of the business tosustain in the markets through the minimization of the risks is facilitated through theenumeration and the consultation of the proper problem solving model (Sternberg & Frensch,2014). The systematic consideration of the different situations and the analysis of thecircumstances facilitate the proper functioning of the organization as per the needs of the same inthe market. The problem solving model helps in identification of the key issues and themitigating factors that might be taken by the organization for improving the situation.
