This paperwork relays the methology and research of the development professionals from theUniversity. The research was performed in order to define and develop an assessment tool tomonitor assessment. After in-depth work on research groups, & case studies, the team was ableto reach a working definition of “Workplace Assessment”: “The work setting where people workco-individually ethically, socially & with job responsibility.” the team developed a frameworkout of the definition. The feedback was taken from the presentations and interviews wereconducted for editing and condensing the indicators into five categories. The feedback is basedon the availability of the resources, health, advocacy, education and the economic opportunity.

AcknowledgementsThis research project was conducted by a development professional from the University. TheUniversity completed this project as part of the Studies’ capstone program, in which studentgroups undertake a short-term consultancy with an organization to complete a jointly designedproject.. While conducting research in workplace assessment a great deal of time and energy inhelping us accomplish our research objectives, for which we are very thankful. We also greatlyappreciate groups who agreed to be interviewed as part of our field research. Our team cannotoveremphasize the value of these interviewees’ insights, observations, opinions, and candor. Theknowledge they shared with us is an integral part of the data our team used to develop thefindings and recommendations outlined in this paper.
