Objective of the plan
The primary aim of the plan is to highlight a Pay for performance plan for the Dell
organization. The Dell organization ensures adequate welfare plans for the different employees
who are present in the organization. In consideration of this, it is critical to note that, by
implementing this plan, Dell would be able to see to it that it is effectively being able to devise
an incentive system which will motivate the employees to perform adequately well and along
with this, also ensure that the firm is being able to come up with adequate tools and techniques to
keep them focused on the goals of the firm. Through this plan, the firm aims to build an effective
work culture.
Rationale of the plan and support
The reason why this plan is being recommended is because, the enterprise is aiming to
develop an effective workforce culture which will assist them in ensuring that the employees
remain adequately motivated towards the overall goals of the enterprise and additionally are
being able to engage in effective welfare opportunities (Coles & Li, 2019). In association with
this, the plan will be able to ensure that the employees work hard, serve the customers effectively
and in addition with this, will also keep them motivated. When the employees remain motivated
they work effectively towards the different goals of the firm in an appropriate manner.

The important incentives as involved in the plan along with their basic requirements can
