Deloitte’s website is much better than the website of PWC because of
the following reasons:
1. Mobile Compatibility
Today more and more people make use of their phones for accessing the net and it is
important to create sites that support mobiles as well and this is very important as
well. Deloitte has a nice and mobile friendly website although PWC website is also

mobile friendly but the website of Deloitte is much smoother (Lagu, Metayer, Moran,
Ortiz, Priya, Goff, and Lindenauer, 2017).
2. Accessible to All Users
A good website is always the one that is accessible to each and every user and it is
thus important to have a website that can connect with users from diverse cultures
with different languages. One of the best things with the website of Deloitte is that it
provides the option for language change on the website, which makes it accessible for
each and every one however no such feature, can be seen on the website of PWC and
hence the Website of PWC cannot be seen as accessible to all (Stanaland, and Tan,
2010).
3. Fast Load Times
Nothing is more annoying or frustrating for the visitors of the website than a website
that takes more time to load and the one that does not work smoothly. Slow loading is
the main reason for the visitors to leave the website. It is important to make the load
time of the website loads within 4 to 6 seconds as it is important for good usability.
Deloitte is very much aware about the same and hence it provides a good customer
experience to the visitors of the website, the loading time of the website of Deloitte is
very fast and it does not face any issues regarding this.
4. Effective Navigation
A good system of navigation is one of the most significant aspects of usable website.
Hence it is also important for the navigation thing to be totally free from clutters.
Deloitte website has a very good navigation system as with one click it leads the
customer a new tab for viewing the services on the other hand PWC is not so bad in

navigation but the website needs to work a lot and fix a few things as it does not have
a smooth navigation (Chen, Lin, and Chen, 2012).
5. Contrasting Colour Scheme
This thing is one of the most important things that attract the customers to the website
the most. It is important for the website to have contrast among the content and
background of the website. All in all Deloitte is a website that is attractive as it has the
right background and colour on the other; it is attractive and can communicate with
the customers. PWC website is boring and thus people visit it less (Hung, Tsang, and
Liu, 2010)
