This research aims to investigate the experiences of later life for people suffering from dementia, focusing on their family members' perspectives. To achieve this goal, both primary and secondary data collection methods will be employed. Primary data will be gathered through interviews with family members (n=10) who can provide more accurate information about the individuals' later life. Secondary data will be collected from books, journals, and online sources. This mixed-method approach will support in gathering relevant information. The study will also adhere to ethical principles by ensuring the safety and security of collected information, obtaining prior permission from family members, maintaining respondent confidentiality, and destroying data after use.
