INTRODUCTION
Health and social care refer as the services that are provided by
the social group to whom who are needed it most.
It involves the treatment, control and prevention method against
any illness or disability from which the victim is suffering.
There are many issues regarding health and social care as people
are suffering from the serious issues that need to be encountered
by the health professional in order to treat them.
In UK Dementia issue is most common study as analysed that
one in the 14 people who are of older age suffers from this issue.

INTRODUCTION TO DEMENTIA HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE ISSUE
Dementia refer as the loss of memory which cause many challenges for the person who are suffering from it.
People with dementia are nit able to solve the problems rapidly as they are not able to remembers the things for, this cause
affects their daily activities.
Research have been showed that around 850,000 people in the UK are suffering from the dementia issue and this condition is
rapidly affecting the 1 in 6 people on daily basis.
People who are at the age of 65 are majorly seen as sufferer of this disease, it is also estimated that this graph for the UK for
dementia patient will increase more than one million by the end of 2025 year.
Early sign which shows the person with dementia are memory changes, it is the common cause which the dementia people
phase as they started loosing their memory which also include the short term memory loss.
They found difficult to adapt something, it can be seen as the forgot their daily scheduled items and also struggled to
remember them.
People with this also found difficulty to communicate with others as they are not able to express their own thoughts and
feelings which disturbs them mentally.

A dementia is a disease which causes a damage and change in the brain of
a human body and impacts the brain cells widely.
In UK, ageing the population increases the risk of diseases dementia which
has been mostly affected to the older age group of people which is a major
health concern.
In the research it has been analysed that in today world the disease
dementia has impacted the number of people including the service users
and providers as well.
It is a range and combination of different emotions like anger, shock, fear
and disbelief from which a human creature is not able to adjust the feelings
and may feel scared and little afraid about the future time.
