The report is well organized and addresses the requirements that were asked in the
questions. However, in the first part of the pathophysiology section, more information was
needed addressing the current health condition of the patient by relating with his past
medical history. The report misses the main mechanism or pathophysiology of the condition

specific to the patient in the case study instead of giving a generalized statement. The
pathophysiology and symptoms given should have been in relevance to the particular patient
presented in the case study and supported by well researched evidences.
The second part of the first response contains all necessary information on the impact of
NSAIDS for pain management considering the patient’s age. It is well structured and written
in relation with the patient in the case study supported with evidences.
The Second response is well organized. There is a logical flow in the second part and it is
written in chronological pattern backed up with proper evidences. The question asked for
