This presentation explores the importance of reflection in health and social care, focusing on professional principles and values. It discusses various practice themes such as law, regulation, and ethical practice; professional values, attitudes, and behavior; health, safety, and safeguarding; valuing and promoting diversity, difference, and inclusion; promoting physical and mental health and wellbeing; and applied mathematics. The presentation also introduces the Gibbs model and SWOT analysis as tools for reflection and discusses how reflective practice is applied in health, care, or support service environments.
