Introduction
Professional values and principles are the guiding believes that impact
the work behaviour. Values reflects standards, practices, ethics as well
as other norms in commercial environment. In context of healthcare,
value includes compassion, empathy, caring, respect, dignity, social
Justice, competency, knowledge, excellence etc. These values help a
healthcare professional in providing quality care to the patients.

Purpose of Reflection
Reflective practice is characterized as a way of studying own
experience to enhance working way. For health professionals,
reflective practice is very useful to carry on learning in their entire
lives. In the setting of practice based professional learning, reflective
practice is an important tool their individuals loan from own
professional experiences instead of knowledge transfer or formal
learning.
