Mr. Jeffrey Jacob
Registered agent
Respected sir,
It is an application for special classes of Visa. The class is categorised as Class UC
subclasses 457, exclusively granted by Department of Immigration and Border Security in
Australia1. I am hereby notified you that as a registered agent, you have to followed up
certain rules that are being mentioned under the Code of Conduct of the Migration Act.
According to the principles of the Migration Act and Migration Regulation, an agent
should have to fulfil certain criteria to become registered under the said Act2. The Migration
Regulation has provided certain code of conduct that provided some guidance regarding visa

outside the country at their will. There is no restriction regarding the same and they have a
choice to roam around during this time. The process of visa by registered agent is regulated
by Migration Agent Regulation Act 19984.
There is a condition regarding the visa holder that they must take an examination that
will determine their educational standard and reflects their qualification regarding the job
they are applying for5. There are certain costs imposed on such visa. In case of an individual
the cost is $420. The cost varies if there is some other person included in the visa. There are
nomination fees of an amount $330 and $1,060 is being fixed for the main applicant6.
In your letter, you had demanded for an amount of $3,800.00 as your professional
fees and certain remuneration for the disbursement. It is been informed you that $1,500.00
granted to you as an advance money so that you can complete your task without any
hesitation. These can be regarded as agent’s fee.
There is some information regarding the subject specifically mentioned under the
Migration Act. The information can be categorised as procedural and ethical issues. The rules
that are mentioned under the code should be maintained with highest priority. If there is any
breach regarding the same, Ministries have the power to cancel the visa7. Relevant grounds
