are exploring the technology behind this particular blockchain technology. This particular
technology aims to store and records various bitcoin transaction (Graetz and Michaels 2017).
This particular technology will ultimately reduce the overall cost of financial services to a near-

allows the citizen to provide feedback to the government for implementing agencies. It makes
use of SMS, web and interactive mapping needed for engaging different citizen (Ohno et al.
