In Amazon company, HR, Marketing and Finance are the different functions and their role are different from the each other but their focus is on attaining the common objectives (Giannakis, Harker and Baum, 2015). Role of HR function within Amazon Attracting candidates in the role of the HR and this can be done only by branding himself or by promoting it through different ways like advertisements and get customers attracted with it. Amazon provides various offers to the customer and free and the early delivery of the goods. Amazon can have promoted by advertising and by writing the contents so that the customers get attracted easily. Marketing information management is role in which the information is gather from the market regarding the target customers and their tastes and preference regarding the product. It helps in finding the product that is most used by the customers. In amazon regular search of the products by the customers helps in finding the most search product and providing the discounts on them (Pareek and Rao, 2015). Pricing has an important role in the marketing function as price is the only source person decide whether they have to purchase the product or not. Price brings the confidence in the people regarding the product and lower the price the people get more attracted to it otherwise they switch to other. Amazon helps in proper planning of resources so that there is no wastage of the time and disappointment of the people and can take the decisions easily. Planning of Finance helps in understanding the needs of the amazon. Capital management in the organisation is very important and help in finding capital required in the company like in amazon if the products are out of stock they are observed before only and make them available in the stock. Risk management is very important for the organisation to have long term planning because more the risk more the profit will be generated by the company in a better way. Sometimes Amazon takes a huge risk by offering a discounts on the heavy products in off seasons which help them sometime in generating their profit and sometime have loss to them. CONCLUSION It has been concluded from the above mention report that working in the collaborative helps in make the coordination among different departments at workplace. Main role of human resource is to hire the well talented and qualitied employees which can able to provide the better experience to the customers. Marketing functions role is to develop better marketing strategies and also promote the services so that customers can be aware about the firm. Finance function focus on arranging the money so that the other departments can able to perform their different functions in an effective manner. There has been discussion regarding the different role of the financial management and reporting within the organisation to make the business successful.
