Executive Summary
The objective of the report is to evaluate the design characteristics of YouTube, Reddit and PayPal
websites and to determine what makes either YouTube or Reddit or PayPal prefer for consumers. A
comparative assessment of the design and user interface of these websites was given in the research
below and some methods were discussed to enhance the website interface that is less preferred by the
customers.
