INTRODUCTION Present study is based on project of designing transformer tiny houses by using recycled shipping container for off grid solution. Study will include knowledge management plan, quality assurance plan for the project proposal. Furthermore, financial details will be examined to identify its progress. 3.6 Knowledge management plan Knowledge management plan can be defined as systematic and focused approach for implementing information and ideas in the project in order to accomplish it successfully. It deals with the detail that is required to accomplish the proposal and process will require to manage knowledge (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). However, there has been development of specific strategies which are to be managed and monitored by professionals in terms of designing effective operational increment. Analysing the issues which incurred in the operations are the prime requirement of any business which will be adequate in meeting the goals as well as managing business operations (Project management tools and techniques, 2012). It is necessary that there is need to have effective collaboration and coordination among workforce as well as effective quality of operations are to beexecuted.
