Introduction
Design thinking is a process, which provides various benefits in the decision-
making and other problem-solving processes. In addition, innovations have provided
various things in business growth. Most of the things can be solved using various
things in which innovations and technologies are helpful for the development of
various things. Design Thinking (DT) has provided various solutions to problems
using various processes, such as innovation, empathy, prototyping, and many
others (Rouse, 2019).

This report will reflect on the personal development and knowledge
development based on learning from different weeks of the workshop. This report
will provide an action plan to improve their skills. In addition, there are some basic
