POV
User Bella Angus, a 23 years old accountant and a passionate mountain biker,
Need requires a good customer support providing seller which will take care of
bike servicing and also sell bikes on authentic data Insight so that every purchase
made from the seller is justified.
How did you decide on this final version?
 Every member of this project supported the POV of his / her .
 Through continuous discussion and healthy argument we finally
decided the POV.
 The user, needs and insights is defined on the basis of persona
 At last, the final POV was created

Ideas
Safest Bet: Allowing to check worst user reviews, only the person
purchased the product can provide a review
Most Radical: Putting all the details of the including disadvantages in
the product page (Chosen for prototyping)
Most Meaningful: The customer can provide feedback after having a
trial

Prototype
Scenario: Bella wants to purchase a new mountain bike. She has
already selected the bike that she wants to purchase. She has to be
follow the process for confirming the product, providing delivery
address and making the payment to complete the purchase process.

Key Insights & Findings from the
Tests with End-Users
• If the bike is last one and one is booked it how another person can
know that it may be available if it is returned?
• How the system will secure the payment if it will process the payment
itself?
• What if a user intentionally gives bad review?
• Can the user request for a bike that organization does no intend to
sell? If the customer is most loyal one?
• What if the user wants to deliver the product same address
everytime?

Adaption of the prototype
After analyzing the feedback of the user, these adaptions are proposed
to the prototype
• There will be an external link for customer review
• After each customer review, a staff will communicate the user
• The customer can contact regarding purchasing a product that is not
currently available
• The customer can add the product to wish list
• The system will use third party payment gateway like PayPal
