INTRODUCTION
Innovation in business means the use of such tools and ideas that help an organisation to
achieve its aim and objective with higher efficiency and effectiveness. Innovation management
and professional thinking are very important for an organisation to flourish in their business.
Design thinking process is explained as the meaningful and actionable problem statement which
