Visualization: Visualization is the throughout process we intend to do while using design toolkit. Considering the minimal usage of mobile phones in an academic building and motivating the student to reduce the usage of phone while in classrooms. The ultimate outcome is the enhancement of focusing skills of student and more engagement of student during their lectures.
Journey mapping Its would be very crucial and unethical for university management to demand for stop usage of mobile phones on Campus. For an idea of reducing the mobile usage, urging students to reduce mobile phone usage in classroom by students itself seems to be a problem.

Value Chain Analysis With value chain analysis, the usage of mobile phone in class room can help record the professor’s explanation, take photograph of his lectures or sample projects, that are not available on the dashboard (Liedtka & Ogilvie, 2011). Reducing distractions caused by mobile phones in class by keeping the phone in vibration mode. Removing clicking sounds while taking photographs can reduce distractions. Students will be barred from using internet while using mobile phones in classroom.
Mind Mapping Mind mapping is a useful idea to centralize the topic. It use to generate, emphasize and give structure to idea from problem to solution. (3)Mind mapping of problem “using mobile phones in classroom” leadsstudents use social media orapplications on their device to entertain themselves like games.
Rapid Concept Development With rapid concept development, mobile phones can assist recording professor’s valuable lectures. Some students gets distracted from usage of mobile phones, hence students using phone can sit separately (Tschimmel, 2012). Sharing of class notes and lectures can benefit the entire classroom.
