organization is sole-proprietorship business model run by only one owner. In this paper, the
marketing plan, target market, business plans and financial plans have been discussed. SWOT
analysis has also been carried out to understand the potential strengths, weaknesses
opportunities and threats of both the organization. The business plan will guide the
organization to grow in the market and to expand the business. Being a sole proprietorship
