Background
Policy are implemented within the working of the organisation for proper utilisation and the
working within the organisation. The privacy policy directly takes into consideration different
aspect of the internal working of the organisation. The main consideration which can be taken
into consideration is that all the employee should abide by the policies.
This policy is based on < Privacy fact sheet 17, 2014 and

and the Australian Privacy Principles as contained in Privacy Amendment (Enhancing
Privacy Protection) Act 2012 of this Act.
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to set out guidelines to be followed by all staff in the
collection and handling of client information for the ABS Solution which is a IT organisation
which basically focus on the aspect of implementing software’s and providing framework of
business operation.

2. There are certain laws which has to be followed by the organisation. These policies can
be stated to be very much predefined. The policies are categorised into different stages of
working which are stated and explained below:
3. The collection of the data which is sensitive should be done from the users end. The
security of the data should be implemented in a manner which would be safeguarding the
data. Access to the data should be given only to authorised person.
4. Investigation should be done when there are any report which is related to data breach
and any activity which are related to intruders.
5. The data should be kept in the possession of the user who intend to use the service. It
should not be outsourced so that there are no problem related to access link.
Statement for the organisation
1. It should be always taken into consideration that the data which is stored in the concept
should be updates and easily available so that when a user tries to access the data they can
get it automatically without any strings attached to the concept.
2. Information which is saved in the concept can be considered very much vital for the
customer so it should be included into the concept that security enhancement should be
directly be implemented within the process.

1. The password which is related to the data access domain should be complicated and
should not be given to any other person.
2. Data encryption process should be implemented within the process so that the content of
the data is not disclosed.
3. The implementation of the different countermeasures of the security such as the firewall,
antivirus and other should be included into the concept.
Distribution
The policies can be directly be distributed in the form of paper printouts so that it can
be easily be distributed and directly be accessible. The best method which can be used in the
concept is to retain a receiving copy in which all the employee sign. The employee should be
very much aware of the different policies so that they can abide by them and follow them
accordingly.

The purpose of this Policy is to inform staff of Copyright requirements as set out in <Inquiry

> and specifically Sections <Australian Copyright Council > of the Act.
Purpose
The main purpose which can be related to the concept of the copyright policy is to
keep the ownership of the different data within the organisation. The different aspects of
operation within the organisation, the organisation should have the direct power over them so
that other organisation cannot use them in any medium. The organisation should not be
disclosing the data to any other organisation so that they are under the power of someone else
who would be controlling their overall operation.
Copyright Statement
1. It should directly assist the creator and the other owners of the copyright which can
directly exercise effectively their right.
2. In the community there should be awareness raise of the law relating to copyright which
are unfair or inadequate.
