Development of career
As a HGV class 1 driver , I always had a desire to start a new business. In
order to initiate a new business, I need to focus on my strengths which would
be beneficial for me in future. To start a new thing, there are different areas on
which I had to focus like strategies to be made, hiring best and efficient team
members, customer service and many more. I always had one motive that I
will start my own business in order to build up my career in a better way. So,
for this I need to do different types of things so that I can move forward and
increase the chances to achieve success. It is very significant that certain
strategies and methods are being used which would be beneficial for both my
career and my future business. The first thing which I will start is making a
Linkedln profile and a professional resume. Through this, I will access all my
strengths which would be required to fulfil my aspiration. Another significant
thing on which I will focus is to make efficient network with lot of other
people and giving them the required information about my future business.

by leasing a new
truck and obtaining
insurance.
There are lot of
issues associated
with new business
and one of the most
important one is
fuel costs which
can be increased at
any point of time.
In order to solve
this issue, I need to
maintain both my
vehicle as well as
its tires.
There are lot of
companies who are
involved in loading
and unloading of
products so it
would be an
achievement for me
to load heavy
products.
I will measure my
success through
level of satisfaction.
Another goal of me
was to drive C+E
vehicle.
I will achieve this
by properly
managing my time
during journey and
improving my
communication
skills
The main issue is to
understanding of
environment.

with such issue by
