(3 marks)Guy and Samantha are tenants at 11 Somerville Street, Belmore Heights, which is managed by Evansdale Real Estate. Their four-bedroom property has a swimming pool. The latch on the swimmingpool gate does not always lock properly. They have a 3-year-old son who has managed to open the pool gate on a number of occasions. They also have a dog that went out of the gate sometimes. Theyhave sent a letter to Evansdale Real Estate asking for the lock to be fixed. However the landlord is unwilling to pay for a locksmith to do this. You are the case officer of this dispute resolution project for this real estate and you will be required to complete the following tasks below.Explain the process of identifying and managing risk in this case project situation.In order to identify risk project manager will carry out detail discussion about case with the parents andcome to know about varied scenarios about incidents that happened in past time period. On basis ofparents statements it will identify risk. Thereafter, in second stage it will identify the threats that maycome in existence if further iatch stop working. Accordingly, corrective actions will be prepared so thatit can be ensured that no mishap event will occur in future time period. Process that will be followed tomanage risk are as follows.Identify the risk: In the first stage of risk management risk will be identified by the projectmanager. Hence, there may be a situationwhere both of them may sink in water. Thus, risk is very high.Treat the risk: In order to treat risk proper management plan will be prepared under whichitch will be placed on the door. Apart from this, iron small wall will be prepared aroundswimming pool so that if iatch get break in future time period then in that case also there willbe little chance of falling of anyone in the swimming pool.Monitor and review risk: Finally, after preparation and implementation of plan risk will bemonitor and review.
