History
The Australian Government established Primary health networks which is a community
that provides health services across Australia. This organisation has helped in managing primary
health care organisations for several years (Reay, and Burns, 2019). There are different divisions
and these are replaced with Medicare Locals and it charged with motivating and encouraging of
health care professionals. The main objective of this organisation is to undertake the health
planning and provide effective services. The main objective of primary health networks is to
develop commission. This organisation makes independent decisions and this is operated as not
for profit organisation. It provides information about which service or health care intervention is
provided for enhancing wellbeing (Hall Dykgraaf, and Barnard, 2020). There are two objectives
that enhance this organisation to work. This means the efficiency as well as effectiveness of
providing medical services to patients. There is need to provide coordination of care for ensuring
that patients are provided good care.
Background
The Primary health Networks was developed for improvising the patient care. The main
objective of this organisation is to provide efficient and effective health care service to people of
Australia. In this organisation, different doctors and health workers as well as professionals are
taken into consideration for developing health guidelines. Main objective of this organisation is
to provide medical service for patients and managing poor health outcomes. This is ensured that
money given by government for helping individuals is managed properly (Franco, Li, and
Georgiou, 2019). This organisation is providing service to people across Australia and they have
to manage the proper functioning and process of services so that all patients are treated well.
System policies – These are known as arrangements which are required across health system
building blocks for supporting and managing effective service delivery
Public health policies – These include specific actions required for addressing priority health
problems through health promotion.

Impact on health The history of this organisation tells that people within this community are able to
manage the effectiveness of health service provided to different people. It is ensured that
these people are provided effective treatments.

The patient experience survey is conducted on annual basis and data is collected for accessing
various barriers of health care services. There are different health care services like medical
specialists, general practitioner, pathology tests, imaging are involved in the medical facility
provided by Primary health Network. There is data of various people of Australia and data
regarding their health is accessed. Data on patient experience provides help to the health service
for improving the health system. This survey is conducted for analysing the health related issues
within an area.
Background
The Primary health Network is involved in providing good health care services to people across
Australia. This organisation provides setting up of activities that will improve patient care. These
support GPs, allied health system and nurses. These are used for providing good contribution to
various system of health. There are various assessments of health organised for knowing what
are the ways to improvise the health condition of people. the spread of ages across the population- young /old, - Old people are found to suffer
from dementia and within young people, obesity is the most common problem.

Gender, - Males and females are identified and their ratio of disease is analysed. Different
regions have different people in which people are suffering from diseases. marital status, - the number of marital people within an area is determined and their
disease rate is managed.
household composition -single parent family/extended families in one dwelling, etc. - It is
analysed that single parents and adults who are living are provided extra help and care as
it is difficult for them to manage work on their own.
There are different health issues from which people are suffering. It is analysed that they are
taken care effectively for managing the work. Population is calculated and survey is done to
know who are the individuals suffering from different diseases.

Impact on health
Demographics tell about the number of people who are staying in a particular region and
what is their marital status, lifestyle, city or area of residence, etc. There is huge impact of
demographics on determining health of individual. When an analysis is done, then according to
the state or region, it is calculated that how many people are having health issues.
