MAIN BODY 1 The three major ways in which one can demonstrate the high standard of personal performance and conduct to generate trust, confidence and support are as follows- The first way is to set the clear standards of working and the standards must be a little high as compared to the ability of the person (Peachey and Cohen, 2016). Another way is to prioritise all the working in such a manner that this result in proper completion of the aim and objectives of the person relating to performance. Another major way of demonstrating high performance standard of personal performance is better communication. This is due to the reason that if the communication will not be good then the company will not be able to manage the performance and working of the company. 2 Actions that will help in developing and implementing communication strategies for representing organization to media, local community and stakeholder is as follows- The first strategy for the company to implement communication strategy for presenting the company among the local community, media and the stakeholder is to listen. This is the major strategy as if the person or the employees within the company will not listen in proper and effective manner then the communication will not take place in proper and effective way. Thus, because of this the listening the major important strategy to develop and implement good communication strategies. Another major strategy is to make proper use of the non- verbal communication techniques. This is majorly due to the fact that the communication is mostly non- verbal it means that the communication takes place with help of non verbal method that is body language, facial expression, gestures and other methods. In addition to this another major strategy for developing and implementing communication strategy for the presenting of company among local community, stakeholder and media is the use of simple and clear language when communicating with the stakeholders and other people (Ho, Ghauri and Larimo, 2018). This is majorly because of the fact that when the communication will
be simple and clear then this will make sure that all the stakeholders and other people are listening and understanding what the company is trying to say. Along with this another important strategy for successful developing and communicating with the media, stakeholders and the local community is the proper use of the written communication tools. This is basically essential because of the reason that when the company will make use of the written communication then this will ensure that the other people are understanding what the company intends to say. Hence, this will make sure that the company is communicating in proper and effective manner and also this written communication can be kept as proof to be used in future as well. 3 It is very much important for the individual to consult with variety of different stakeholder at the time of making decision, as all the stakeholder generally used to has different sort of interest in the organization, this eventually used to force the individual to have point view of all the stakeholder at the time of making decision in organization.

There are variety of different sort of step which can be taken in the organization to increase the commitment of the staff member and stakeholder in the organization. Two such type of the strategy which can be implemented are as follows: Team meeting on regularly basis, it is the first strategy which can be applied in the organization. It is the strategy there should be formal and informal meeting need to be organized in a organization so that all the different individual can communicate with each other in the organization, these will eventually help the company in promoting the culture of the company in better way. For example: Organization can celebrate the birthday of all employees whose birthday has occurred in the month. These will help all employees in gelling up with the other in the organization also all the employee will work together in the organization and will able to understand the culture which is generally followed in the organization in the long run. Good and structural Communication: It is another important strategy which can be followed by the organization in the long run. Under these strategy organization has to make sure that they used to follow good and structural communication in the organization, these will eventually help the company in building a situation in which all the different stakeholder and employee are getting information about what are the different sort of thing which are generally going on in the organization and on the basis of the same they will find it easy to pass on the different contribution from their side very easily. Hence, it will eventually increase the contribution of different individual in a way that they are ready to pass on the different point of view of themselves in the organization. Reason behind identified the same is that all the individual always look to pass on their point of view or contribute to decision making if the company generally used to consider hearing the point of view of all the employee. So it will be good strategy for the company to fix good sort of communication platform in which all the employee can communicate very freely in the organization in long run. 7 Selected community undertaking in the organization generally used to help the company in getting more specific information than gathering the information from variety of different individual in the market. Reason behind highlighting the same is that if more number of stakeholders are included than decision can be derived in variety of different way in the organization and create uncertainty in the organization.
6 There are variety of different outcome which will be seen by the organization due to business pattern in the organization. 5 different outcome of business pattern are as follows: Clarity of communication Authority allocation is simplified Communication enhanced in the organization Human resource retention Efficiency of different task improved 7 Two models for the effective collaboration and consultation within partnership are as follows- The four circle of consultant collaboration- this is a model which s based on two fact that is collaboration is basically providing value to all client, stakeholder and collaborators of business. But in accordance with this model the major focus is over the clients because if the client will not be satisfied then this will help the business in improving (Curcio and Adams, 2019). In accordance with this model the four components are business development, trust, thought leadership and the project execution. Another major model of collaboration and consultation within the business is the sharing model. Under this model the company partners with some of the other companies and because of this they share all the different types of working and other things. Thus, this is named as the sharing model as all the working and the liabilities of the company are shared. 8 To cultivate the collabitive communication in the organization, organization has to make sure that they generally use more than one medium or form of communication in the organization. Thiswill eventuallyhelp the companyin enhancingthe levelof communicationin the organization.
