WRITTEN REPORT
1. There are various codes of practices, legislation and regulation which have been developed by
various organizations and government in order to manage relationship with their employees. In
their relationship with people with disabilities, demonstrate the importance of delivery of support
services with dignity, privacy, safety, health and concerns of the individual person.
2. It is really necessary for employers to make use of better and effective inter-personal
communication skill. This will assist them in identifying the needs and demands of employees
making their relationship better with employers. This will also support them in negotiating with
workers to do certain task. They can also analyze the abilities of employees through effective
communication and provide them with equal opportunities.
3. The relationship can be built by employers with employees by conducting seminars, engaging
in-informal conversation. They can also set up meeting which lays emphasis on certain topic or
issues. Thus, helping them in creating better bond.
Third party report ACTIVITY
1. It has been analysed that one of the most important aspect when dealing with client is to
promote the well being of client and third party. The goals and objectives of organization must
be made clear to them during the time of their first meeting. It has been analysed that workers
needs to make use of clear language so that no misunderstanding exists (Forkmann and et.al.,
2016).
2. The positive relationship can only be developed with client and third party by making sure that
company is being transparent and hides no important information from them. This will assist
them in building positive relationship with third party. Ethical standard includes making use of
that language that is understandable by all.
3. It is really necessary to carry out all dealings with clients ethically so that they can build up
better relationship with the third party, as it will support them in building better relationship.
4. It has been analyzed company needs to adjust their communication style according to the
culture, value and religion of employees. They must speak in such a language which does not
hamper the belief, values of third party. My one customer was Indian, so I started using hand
gesture in order to communicate with him.
