Develop Critical Thinking Assessment for BSBCRT511

This assessment requires learners to identify knowledge gaps within teams and individuals and facilitate learning opportunities to address these gaps. The assessment includes a case study assessment and workplace practical observation. The case study assessment is divided into four parts, and learners are required to research models of critical and creative thinking, develop questions to identify individual and team knowledge gaps, facilitate formal and informal learning opportunities, articulate key features of critical and creative thinking concepts, and collect feedback from individuals and teams. The workplace practical observation requires learners to demonstrate practical skills relevant to the unit of competency. Learners will need access to a simulated workplace environment and resources required for delivering learning opportunities.
