INTRODUCTION Health & safety is an important aspect which should be focussed by care professionals while dealing with patients to deliver medical facilities with satisfaction. It includes evaluating relevant risk factors to formulate effective strategies to make sure about security of an individual at the time of treating their respective health issue (Hui,Charleboisand Sun,2018). In context of this project, it is based on the Royal Brompton Hospital which is known to be largest specialist heart and lung medical centre in United Kingdom. It is necessary for organisations to follow the legal regulations related to health safety at work place to make sure security of staff as well as clients respectively. In context of Royal Brompton Hospital, it has been analysed that they should follow health and safety regulations and policies to manage safety of employees which are given here. The health and safety at work Act 1974 includes the guidelines for organisations to establish effective practices and procedures to make sure health and safety along with conducting risk management in proper manner.
