Cafe is the smallest business which requires foresightedness tomake industry success (Majid, Kumar and Nayik, 2014). In this aspect, smarter andknowledgeable people need to concern about different elements that increasing efficiency anddevelop business goals as well. In order to make high growth in the Cafe Route, manager need toimplement new services such as accommodation, event organise place, etc. In this way, the smallbusiness able to get high growth and increasing massive expansion to develop more creativity atworkplace. Further, in the cafe coffee, innovations considered new ways to grown and evolvewith several changes. Improvement in these areas helps to grow plans as well. Cooperative is themost successful way which proven and spread the coffee farming community in successful way. RationaleIn order to conduct the present study, there are several aims and objective considered bysmall business. It is the successful way that increases performances in positive aspects. With thehelp of developing innovations in small business, enterprise getting more benefits and newproducts and services through they can attract new people in the business (Gill, Atkins andSchaddelee, 2017). Further, present research also benefiting to other small cafe to increase theiractivities and tasks which helps to attain desired results in the business environment. In thisconsideration, cafe business need to expand their operations and functions with widening theenterprise. With this regard, on the location it is important to make creativity that helps to targetseveral people together with extravagant experience. However, Ajami, Grabner and Pearson,(2016) stated that cafe need to implement other entertainment tools such as library, musicsystem, dance floor, event organise place, etc. All these elements helps to create majorinnovations that increasing its profits and revenue as well. As results, the company able to targetyouth generation people easily. Special party events such as birthday, anniversary, etc. helps toattract more people in successful way to operate creative activities at workplace. In contradicting, Linn and Horowitz, (2015) argued that interior design of the place ismajor consideration that assists to attract several people in the business environment. In this way,establishment considered several traditions to serve the products and services to several numbersof customers together. Hence, Cafe Route need to focus on the new layout and design whichhelps to increase effectiveness. According to the point of Tschoepe and Davis, (2015), socialmedia consist important part in respect to make successful operations and outcomes in thebusiness environment. In this consideration, new activities and tasks need to be promoted onsocial sites that assists to attract several customers towards the business. Reasons for expanding small business with new products and servicesAs per the point of Dixit, Saxena and Sharma, (2017), there are several reasons exist dueto which small business need to increase their products and services. It is most important growthstrategy for the small business that enhance revenue and profit sharing ratio as well. Product lineconsidered group of products and services in same category which make high support to IT2
services. They stated that it is the best way to increase product line that make effectivefunctioning at workplace.
