INTRODUCTION BizOps Enterprise is undergoing a market research in Merryville region of Victoria with an aim of developing a digital outlet in that region. This region is particularly chosen because the inhabitants of that region use a wide range of digital devices but does not have any retail outlet. A thorough research was underwent and the project has now reached its first milestone successfully.
EFFECTIVE MEANS OF COMMUNICATION Effective communication with colleagues, supervisors and managers is necessary for ensuring the proper work flow of the project. The communication should mainly be carried out face to face in order to prevent any sort of miscommunication. Formal communications can however be carried out via email. The main perspective of communication ishowever, active listening about the views of supervisors and managers regarding the approach of the project.
REQUIREMENTS GATHERING The requirements of the project will be identified and gathered by ensuring proper surveys and effective investigation techniques. The major investigation technique that is decided to be used is interviewing and listening. The major advantage of this method is that it is cost effective. Other investigation technique includes the distribution and collection of questionnaire, which should be done anonymously in order to achieve a proper result.
