the understanding about the importance of Ethics in HR function at global level. I came to
know about the strategies which can be utilised by firms for improving the financial performance
in international market. I noticed that Innovation is the best strategy through which an enterprise
can gain various benefits at internal level. The present investigation has great value for me as it
has assisted me in development of research and other skills such analytical and problem solving
skills. By participating in the investigation procedure, I developed the depth understanding about
the concept of globalisation.
After completion of research project I conducted the self analysis in order to analysis my
own experience during the investigation procedure. It is the tactics which has assisted me in
identifying my own strength as well as weakness. Self reflective practice has assisted me in
exploring my contribution in accomplishment of desired research aims and objectives. I have
also supported my team members in selecting an appropriate topic for investigation . I helped
my team members in establishment of aims and objectives for investigation. During the self-
analysis I found that as I have little knowledge of the research methodology, I have assisted my
team members in selecting the best approaches as well as philosophies for conducting the

investigation . In addition to this, Considering the limitation of time I have suggested by team
members to use questionnaire method and to gather some amount of information from secondary
sources, as it is the tactics suggested by me has assisted my me has assisted my team members in
completion of the research project on time. In addition to this, I have also helped my team
members in preparing the questionnaire.
M4. Evaluating the value of project management procedure and Utilisation of the quality
research for meeting stated objectives.
The research methodology selected has been considered to be as effective in context of
accomplishing aim and objectives. The qualitative research has been performed which has
assisted scholar in conducting in depth investigation on topic which is very much essential in
order to reach conclusion and make proper decision. The quantitative technique has also
provided researcher an ease in interpreting and analysing the information. Inductive research
approach has enabled investigator to identify an effective solution for the problem.
CONCLUSION
From the above investigation report. It has been summarised from the above that
globalisation have positive economic, ethical and cultural effect on different business function.
It has been discovered from the study is that by expanding business at global scale an
organisation can increase sales and profitability. It has been concluded from the investigation
that execution of the ethical business practices by companies is very much important in order to
sustain in international market. It has also been concluded from the research that Global culture
has direct as well as significant influence on the marketing functions of an enterprise. The other
fact which has been discovered is that it is the globalisation which has encourages the company
to increase their ability to adapt new culture.
