(A)
Time management- time management plays an important role in daily routine life so, that one
can organize things in order to achieve success. It is the systematic process of planning how to
classify daily routine time between various activities. An effective time management skill
enables students, individual and professionals to work smarter so that they can do their work in
less time. Placing any task in an effective way helps to manager time more positively and keep
focused on achievement and targets (Balistreri, Albertine and Bearer, 2021). This helps
individual to prioritize projects and activities so that one can have idea about time schedules or

Time management is helpful to manage and organise available time effectively in order
to complete projects and tasks (Fleming and Kowalsky, 2021). This is the best way to manage
the way of work with the help of methods like performing, evaluating and planning the
effectiveness of professional and personal projects.
Eisenhower principle- This is the most popular method to prioritize tasks and manager time to
concentrate on projects which is important. With the help of time table, I have prioritized my
important work in order to focus on long term goals. I have planned other activities so that they I
can learn new things and improve my knowledge and skills. I have set my aside time each day to
review my important and remaining work in order to increase self-knowledge to arrange time
efficiently.
Gibbs reflection is one of the most important model to give structure to learning from
work experience. This provides a detailed information about how to examine experience and
how to plan things by evaluating what went well or didn’t go well.
With this model, I decided to manage and divide my time so that I can study on time and
manage my learning and personal life at the same time.
I have good experience about maintaining time table because this has given me so much
time for my friends and family too. I am feeling grateful that along with studies, now I can learn
different skills such as communication skills, writing skills and others.
By evaluating this method, everything went well such as now I can peacefully manage my
yoga classes, guitar class and other classes. But I need to focus on other skills too so that it can
help me in my examination. Although, this was difficult task for me, it took so much efforts and
time to make my time table.
Any person can manage their time if they have good time management skills and self-
confidence. I am sure that people who follow their time table perfectly, they can easily achieve
success and complete their task on time. I think the reason that this method work well was

because I have divided my time according to self-identified strengths and weaknesses. I think
being aware about prioritizing things in the future will be helpful in managing time in order to
make life’s important decisions.
I am sure that there is not left to be added in my time table, I will continue to plan things on
the basis of this method by keeping trach on my strengths and weaknesses.
TASK TWO: Resources and Reflection
(A)
During this module, there various resources that I have used in order to complete my task and
achieve academic and personal targets:
1. online studying – balancing life as a student is critical it means managing time for studies,
friends and family. With the help of online studying and academic workshops one can easily
maintain student life. They can do practice and develop personality by improve good habits like
waking up early, study and extra activities.
2.time management tools- one of the most important skills is to work on time management
and design routine day by prioritizing things. Once one can take a hold on time management,
then it would be easy to set goals and manage time better. By using digital methods and calendar
can help students remind about meetings, assignments and deadlines. Example- making to do
list, scheduling tools, setting target.
3.Concentration methods and tools- After hectic day in academy, student needs to
concentrate on learning `abilities so it is important for them to use concentration method. There
are different ways to increase concentration level such as yoga classes, meditation, online fitness
classes, taking deep breathing and light exercise is helpful (Jibril, 2021). The best way to
improve concentration ability is to daily practice of active listening.
4. Balance work/school/life- It is important to manage personal and student life all together,
so one need to learn how to balance these all together in comfortable proportion. It is not easy
task, but by utilizing various methods such as: attending career related online workshops,
academic online workshops, video conferencing, attending student wellness programs and
textbooks would be helpful. Always keep in mind about maintaining healthy lifestyle by taking
time for breaks, schedule time for family and friends, set achievable target, exercise regularly.

Each of the above-mentioned tips and techniques is helpful to create an efficient student
experience about this module and allow them to optimize time management skills (Torabi and
et.al., 2021). I think it requires a lot of practice and requires trial and error method to understand
what work well and what didn’t go well. By understanding the importance of best study
resources, students can enhance their personal and professional career goals. Thus, these
resources have supported me during this module and helpful in studies.

The word reflection is all about defining you own strengths and weaknesses and perception
of bad quality and good habits withing yourself (Hu and et.al., 2021). Taking important action of
weakness and improving academic skills helps me to develop myself around every student
(Gibbs reflective cycle, 2021). During this module, I have learned to manage my time with the
help of different resources and tools in order to prioritize task and project. Now, I can easily
handle my personal and student life both at a same time because of my time management skills.
With the help of Gibbs reflective learning cycle, I can easily resolve my problems in assignments
and reflect my own weaknesses. I have good experience about this because this helped me to
improve my writing skills and learning skills. I have used resources like concentration method
and online studies to improve my academic skills.
Based on my experience, my past goals were to manage things so that I can study effectively
without any issues and now that I have achieved those goals, my next goal is to complete the
researching skills with good marks. I have worked on writing assignments, here I need to learn
from my mistakes and ask my mentor to provide me feedback so that I can improve my
academic skills in near future (Howlett and et.al., 2021). While referencing is difficult task for
me and summarizing skills is a struggle for me, I have used various methods like reading
different journals, articles related to my study and books.
After analysing my weaknesses and problem, I realized that I need to work on some of
important elements like self-confidence and motivational factors. I need to start believing in
myself by adopting video conferencing and students’ wellness programs.
Taking this through with my own reflection, I have learned to understand myself and make
required changes in order to achieve academic skills. I will use learning tools and time
management tool to divide my time in the future in order to plan my day to study. Moreover, I
will suggest to attend classes to benefit career growth and development.

A. Explanation of plagiarism and academic integrity
Plagiarism is the process of presenting others idea or work with or without asking the
owner or author of that idea or work. It is basically using the other authors thoughts, ideas,
