Time management is an important process within the organisation as well as in a life
of a student where it help in planning and exercising different systems which are related to
conscious control over the time spent on specific activities. In context of me I also used to
appropriate tools and techniques in order to manage the time in accordance with my academic
course. Management of time help me in achieving my personal goals as well as using an
appropriate system so that I can manage my functioning and achieve the goals and objectives
in a timely manner (Richards and Robinson, 2020). In context of conduct business
environment there are a number of factors which are considered by me in to formulate an
effective timetable. I used to perform a particular process which helps me in achieving better
results. The first step in the process of time management is related to creating a master
schedule. In context of my current time system I used to formulate appropriate mark to
schedule which help me in reducing the error as well as mistake of time. And this I used to
find the targets according to the requirements as well as use appropriate structure to formulate
functioning where I can quickly access to number of data and use a particular function
(Obdalova, Minakova and Soboleva, 2020).
The second stage involves using an appropriate agent which helps me in performing
by function according to the requirements. And this function I used to record different due
dates of the agenda which I have to cover with a particular schedule of time. This help me in
in improving my schedule as well as computing what time according to the requirement so
that I can improve the functioning as well as increased by abilities to perform that particular
function within the organisation system.
Third step which involve under the time management and used by me is related to
eliminating distraction. In context to this I used to manage my telephonic calls social media
accounts and friends by performing different activities which will help me in removing this
distraction. As a student there are a number of functions which has to be used in order to
manage the social media and friends. Here I use an appropriate system where I formulated
plan according to the requirement and use a social media account only for a particular
duration which will be around 10 to 20 minutes a day. I also used to decrease by visits on
front homes and house full stop in context of this I used to visit my friends phone only for
Sunday which will not more than two hours (Balula, Vasconcelos and Moreira, 2019).
I also used to set different goals for a study session. This is helpful for me in order to
achieve specific goals according to the time limits. This also helps me and performing my
function on day by day basis. Under this, I used to complete my age and are where I used to
