B) Reflection on how to manage time, utilising the timetable and using Pomodoro or
Eisenhower to manage your study by using Gibbs model for structuring your
reflection.
Eisenhower and preparing of time table helped me in creating plan for daily-routine tasks.
This helped me in increasing of my concentration level which enhanced my working turnover
and resulting in quality boosting.
Gibb's Reflective Cycle
This model is helpful in learning from situations that are experienced on daily basis. The
Gibb's model involves six stages which is described below in context of my time table.
Description- I thought for preparing time-table for time management which would help
me in showing what exactly needs to be done in particular time. It also helped me in
facilitating proper time management in proper way. The preparation of time table was
very useful as it prevents from time wasting and energy which helps me in coordination

Feelings- I was not able to manage my time properly before preparing time table but after
making proper time table I was able to manage by daily-routine activities and within a
particular time they are organised. I also feel that preparing of time-table helps in
avoiding wastage of time and energy. Now, I feel this helped me in improving by
management skills for effectively managing time (Course, A., 2019).
Evaluation- To frame time-table is complex thing as person does not know whether it
will be followed properly or not. In framing the effective time-table many papers were
wasted. After this I took evaluation for knowing that I will be able to follow or not. If I
will be not able to follow properly the results will be zero and there will be waste of time,
but when I was preparing I feel encouraged regarding the proper follow of time-table
easily by marinating and coordinating daily routine activities.
Analysis- The preparation of time table helped me in analysing management of activities
within a particular time period. It involved the complex process for preparing time table.
The analysis helped me in examining that I can easily manage time for specific activity.
One of my friend prepared time table which also encourage me to follow it and I also
analysed that following time table helps in improving my skill of time management that
leads to build my self-confidence too (Patrinos, H.A. and Psacharopoulos, G., 2020).
Conclusion- The Gibb's reflective model helped me in improving my time table by
covering several aspects. The model developed proper structure for analysing loopholes
that were in my time table. Through this model my time management skill was improved
and facilitated me thinking systematically and clearly regarding learning experiences.
This model encouraged me in sense of situations and work out in what way to do better in
next time.
Action Plan- The preparation of time table helped in knowing what action plan needs to
be taken in the similar situation for managing time more effectively. In preparing time
table, I will consider all the routine activities (Schaeffer, V and et.al., 2020).

The five pillars of academic integrity are fairness, honesty, responsibility, respect, and
trust. Fairness in the workplace ensures that decisions made by professors in a particular

must ensure that the project is or is not appropriately allocated to their human resources (Felea,
C. and Stanca, L., 2019). Respect is a necessary principle of academic integrity and applies to
professionalism because it helps keep company employees happy. It also provides assistance to
workers in their personal and professional development and improvement. A respectful company
work environment encourages team spirit and creates a more productive and optimistic business
environment. This type of environment is capable of following the trust with a strong awareness
that helps in increasing company productivity and work morale (Morningstar, M. E. and
Shoemaker, A., 2018). Trust forms a basis for all actions and human relationships and plays an
essential role in professional relationships, as it is important in personal relationships.
The process of academic integrity is relevant to the concept of professionalism as it helps
in building trusting relationships within the corporate organization. Trust is an important part of

A reference list is arranged alphabetically according to an author. If there is no
author with an article, it is cited by title and placed in an alphabetical list using the

starting significant word of that title. Reference list ID, which is usually created
after the work is completed. When creating the bibliography, commas are used to
separate the individual elements of the literature reference or quotation. The
process involves reference entries arranged in alphabetical order by ignoring words
like A, a while sorting alphabetically by title. When creating the reference list,
each reference begins with a new line and without indentation. When creating the
reference list using the AU Harvard referencing, a few points must be observed. If
there are several articles by the same author, the articles are listed chronologically,
starting with the earliest publication. Online sources use angle brackets to isolate
the URL from the rest of the links.
For example:
Aguilar, G., Uccelli, P. and Galloway, E. P., 2020. Toward Biliteracy: Unpacking the
Contribution of Mid‐adolescent Dual Language Learners’ Spanish and English
Academic Language Skills to English Reading Comprehension. TESOL Quarterly.
