TASK ONE-TIME MANAGEMENT
B- Writing a reflection on how to manage time
It is quite challenging for a person to manage their time and accomplish daily task on
according to decision, which is quite essential for them to do that. Just like others, I have also
faced many challenges to manage my time and conduct each activity with my toddles. I have
managed my time by dividing each task according to the days and time schedule that I have
created to balance my academic and personal life. For example, I waked up early in the morning
approx 6 Am to conduct further activities such as preparing break fast, lunch box and drop child
to schools, which is important for me to do that on time. For purpose of time management, I
usually utilize timetable and follow the same, as it help to make my work much easier and faster.
After dropping my children's I tide up from 8:30 am to 9:30 and then move to next activity or
task and that is study. I had focused on my study that is necessary as it supports me to grow
professionally and personally. According to my time schedule I had taken break and then go
back to study. My work from Monday to Tuesday goes same, and it gets changed when I had
goes out for work as an employee. I had worked as a candidate for only two days and then pick
up my child.
It can be said that time management is big challenging and difficult because it requires
concentration, activeness and focus, that enable a person to drive their attention toward
conducting varied activities. Timetable formation is the best practice that I have ever done,
because it gives clarify about what task in need to prior and what I will attempt to complete after.
This tool encompasses key activities regarding day 1 to last such as from Monday to Sunday. It
gives me appropriate direction about which task need to be completed and how much time I want
to spend or decide for that. I can say that just because of developing time table I have managed
my work even better as it specify what activity I tend to conduct early in the morning. With the
help of this schedule, I can say that I had saved my time and effort to conduct those practices that
put direct impact on my further effectiveness and practices that consumes a lot of time. I gad
managed my time just because of developing timetable that effectively reduce my error that I did
in the past.
The timetable that I have developed is realistic, because it encompasses those activities
that I had conducted daily from early in the Morning to night when I go to be bed and take rest to
prepare myself for next day. According to my time division, Wednesday and Thursday are one of

those hectic days for me when I go to work and then pick up my child that make me tired. I
picked up my toddler at 12 and the get ready myself for next day. Friday at 9 Am my class was
started and I focused on that activity because it is important. By referring to Gibbs reflective
cycle, I want to describe that the time schedule or table I have developed on the basis of above
detail description. The plan is schedules and balanced with essential activities. It provided
enough time to me to study and take approach to grow my academic along with professional
career. I have utilized Pomodora technique in effective and systematic manner that helped me to
concentrate on my study time. It is one of those excellent techniques that many individuals has
been taken into their considerations and utilized in term of breaking work into intervals. In this
world, approx 2 million people have used this technique to obtain benefits in bulk, as it
encompasses key aspects of transforming their lives and making them capable to be productive
regarding any activity more than last few weeks or months. This approach is organized into six
essential incremental aims such as analysis of time require to fulfil an activity, cutting down on
interruptions, estimate attempts for activities, make pomodoro effective, setting up time table and
lastly define clear objectives (Swan and et. al., 2020). By following these stages in appropriate
form, I have concentrated study time and take action to prioritize specific concept or topic for
which I need to conduct more effort than ever in order to understand it properly.
