INTRODUCTION
Development academic still is an important system for each every individual in order to
meet the objectives and perform the function in an appropriate way. In this context, this report is
consist discussion about various aspects of individual learning as well as development of
academic skills (Balula, Vasconcelos and Moreira, 2019). The beginning of the support consist
discussion about various systems which are important in order to manage the time by the
individual and perform their function. There is also a discussion about the different advisors to
use the key resources as well as a diary which is used to identify the current functions and
academic skills which are required to be developed in order to perform the module. This is also
consist discussion about appropriate system of identification and credibility of data.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Time is the indefinite continuous process that affects the present and future of an individual.
Management of time is very important as this will provide the advantage of learning
opportunities for sustaining growth prospects. Also, time management will improve the self-
discipline of an individual which will drive the goals for an individual. This also improves the
quality of work of an individual which will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of an
individual (Bratianu and Vatamanescu, 2017). It also reduces the stress level of an individual at
the time of contingencies. It also creates the chances of possibilities of performing the work
under pressure for an individual. By having good time management skills, an individual can
build their career blocks. Also, the management of time will lead an individual to achieve more
than its potential. Time management revolves around the choices an individual makes regarding
the achievement of goals and objectives. There are some of the time management techniques
which can be explained as follows:
 Pomodoro: It is a technique that sets a timer for 25 minutes’ continuous work for an
individual. After that an individual can take break of 5 minutes which will keep them
relaxed. The 25 minutes’ time course will require focus of the individual which will
enhance their management skills. After the 4 continuous cycles of 25 minutes course of
work an individual can take 20 minutes’ break. An individual can repeat the process

until the task gets completed. It solves the issues of ineffective scheduling and skipping
breaks during longer tasks which will improve the effective planning techniques of an
individual (HIDAYATI, 2017)
 Kanban: This technique was developed in 1940 in japan with the aim of strategic
planning of time. In this technique an individual must divide the task in four segments to
check the progress of the project namely; backlog, to do, in progress, done. This
technique will check the multitasking and ineffective scheduling which will enhance the
SMART objectives of an individual. For this an individual can use management
software, or sticky notes to check the progress of the task. This technique involves
proper delegation of task which will build team spirit of the individual.
 Getting Things Done (GTD): This technique allows an individual to brainstorm their
task and provides list of tasks to be performed. This technique is based on 5 elements
namely; capture, clarify, organize, reflect and engage (Lin and Magnuson, 2018). This
technique involves noting down every task and continues the project by clarification and
deep engagement in the process. The will help in building stress free environment by
successfully achieving the tasks. Ineffective scheduling will be solved with the help of
this technique. Every steps of this technique requires clarification of thoughts and
knowledge. This technique can also be used to progress the productivity of an
individual.
 Eat That Frog: This technique aims at prioritizing the tasks of the process for an
individual. Individual will pick the most difficult task and perform it firstly which will
enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. The task will be divided in 5 categories
which start from Task A and ends with Task E. Task A involves the most important task
and Task E involves the task that you can eliminate if you are not free. This solves the
issue of missed deadlines as the important task has been given priority. It improves the
SMART objectives of the individual.
 Time Boxing: In this technique, an individual allocate time to activities according to
their difficulty level. It includes fixed deadlines which will enhance the management
skills of an individual. This technique requires to lay out a list of activities to be
performed and then allocate time according to their complexity level. Break is also

important to manage in regular interval of time. This technique will avoid distractions
and set priorities for an individual to meet them effectively.
Hence, these are different time management techniques that an individual can opt for the
completion of task timely (McClelland and Cameron, C.E., 2019). I will choose the technique of
Pomodoro as this technique involves breaks and project completion on time. It maintains a
balance between the break time and project time. This also enhances my productivity and
growth. Also, this technique will improve the performance with regular break which will burnout
stress from inside. Also, there will be fixed working time and its will estimate my time analysis
effectively which will reduce my burden of work. It also avoids distractions and I will be able to
perform multitasking. It will also reduce ineffective scheduling of project assigned to me.

What advice would you give concerning the key resources that can be used to help study and
learn about this module? What have you found useful and why?
This is effective module which is related to performing function and using function in
appropriate manner. There are number of resources which are required by an individual while
performing this module and using function in appropriate manner. This require number of
resources which ae needed to achieve better objectives and perform the task of this module in
appropriate way. Some of these resources are essential function to achieve academic objectives.
Set aggressive but achievable goals, look for supporters, get organized, Allocate
resources and many other. In order to study this module, students will be require to have
resources like internet, books and library. Through these resources students will be able
to identify the sources through which they learn to manage their time for versatile
functions. Academic skills require having proper time management as they require a lot
of task and activities to do at institution level. Through these specific sources, a student
will read out the importance of time management technique and get a sense to apply it
into practical manner. Through library and internet, a student will surely save their time
for researching and evaluating the project assignment. Internet source will provide an
accurate description of topic if used in a proper way. In order to achieve academic
objective that are number of function which is related performance of function? Setting
achievable goals is most prominent function which has to be use by students in order to
achieve academic skills and perform function in appropriate way. This is use to achieve

future goals and perform function in appropriate way (Munn and Small, 2017). This is also
used under the approach to manage function and using this function according to needs
and requirements. Allocation of available resources is also and factor which must be
analyzed by an individual in order to achieve better functions and performing these
function according to needs and requirements. This will help in main understanding the
importance of time management function and motivation to boost performance standards.
In accordance with me there are number of function which has to be performed by
students to achieve academic objective and use these function according to needs and
requirements. I also think that these are essential resources which has to be manage by
students in order to perform this function and help them in achieving personal objectives
by using combine factors.

Hello I am Mr. X. This is related to achieving personal objectives while performing a
module. There is also dissection about impact of module function and helps in achieving skills
objectives. This module is specifically maintained to enable life with the flow of academic skills.
This is use to achieve business objectives and helps me in identification of number of carrier
objectives. I felt really excited while going through with all the sources and makes me
courageous to know more and get inspiration as much as I can get. (Obdalova, Minakova and
Soboleva, 2020). This is essential journey for me because it is helps full to achieve my area of
knowledge and helps in performing function. The resources have helped in earning the module
through different writer’s aspect. This also help me in developing my strengths an overcoming
my weakness. The area of my knowledge has increased due to study and evaluates various books
and literature that has enhances my academic overview with the view to focus on my career
development. I have finalize that an individual only get success when they know how to make
proper utilization of time and being prepare for extra curriculum activities. Moreover, I also get
illustrated with the fact that, now I could better engage myself in those activities which I thought
of doing someday that will bring up my personality. I also use to manage my function according
to needs and requires. This is used to achieve time management skills and helps in managing
function. In the nearby future, I will first set my time standards and make me target towind up

the task as per the schedule. This function has help in identification of sources available for
enabling all the activities done into specific time so that life will be managed.
TASK 3
Academic integrity, referencing and plagiarism are all very widely influenced terms in academic
area. These three terms are well known popularized in the universities that need to be address
significantly. Academic integrity defines the significance of one’s own work and obliged to any
work of cheating so that referencing and plagiarism are. Academic work is not own finding or
written based it is someone else work which is used by students to write their own content. So
that, there should be proper referencing of someone’s one in order to be aware about any
fraudulent activity. There must always do a work by keeping in mind in right of holder or else it
is a matter illegal act whether on academic as well as professional level.

these functions are useful for the first to meet its objective and perform them in an appropriate
way to generalize the working and begin appropriate individual. This is helpful to a student in
developing their academic skills and becoming a brilliant student who can perform different
functions according to the requirement of university course.
