The main purpose of this assignment is to deal with enhanced learning as well as the
development of the nurses for the effective providing of services within the environment of
the Emerald Aged Care. The report focuses on the development of the learning as well as

or the key strategies that will be needed by the learning and development team for the

The primary aspect of this report is to deal with the overall constraints regarding the
Emerald Aged Care that has been serving the community of the northern suburb people. This
report will primarily focus on the support that is to be provided to the people residing within
the bound of the Emerald Aged Care with effective nurses that can meet up the expectations
of the people at the same place. This report will provide a clear overview of the overall
learning and development that will be necessary for the development of the nurses for better
providence of services to the residents of the Emerald Aged Care. This sets to enhance the
level of services towards the persons present within the environment of the Aged Care at
Emerald.
1.1 Aim of the project
The primary aims that are depicted in regards to the learning, as well as development
for nurses for the better services to the community of the Aged Care, are stated as follows:
Provide the nurses with professional training so that it can emphasize their services.
Provide nurses with the overall constraints of the leadership so that the services can be
enhanced.

The objectives that are primarily identified with respect to the above case study of

To provide adequate services to the community of aged care.
