This report will look at Functional Skills English level 2 objectives, with regards to learning and teaching aiming to clarify at what extent meet learner`s needs, seen in an interpersonal connection. Moreover, an evaluation will be carried out during this study to develop an explicit description of resource efficiency applied throughout the teaching and learning process in order to respond to learner`s requirements.
