Developing Business Model.
A.SCOPE:
This is just to mention a few of the clients who partner with CA as a recruitment agency.
The scope of the business enterprise revolves around the major entities which in this case are ;
Clients, applicants, contractor and the CA’s consultant(s).
For instance CA here is a recruitment agency not specific to any job category hence clients
would be; Wit water engineering
This is a civil and structural engineering company majoring in building and road construction
and maintenance.
Wit water is located in South Africa operating in more than five countries along the East coast of
Africa.
TechG
TechG is a software vendor company dealing in software development and maintenance.
TechG has its base in Nairobi, Kenya but not limited regionally in its operations and
recruitments.
Ggas
Ggas is a green-based company which harnesses the production and the use of biogas into
cylinders for sale.
Ggas was developed from the idea of green energy in the efforts to conserve the environment and
has most of its operations in the Sub-Saharan countries.
APPLICANTS.
The operations of CA as an agency are portfolio-based therefore applicants can apply from
whatever location via the internet. Applicants are matched relevantly to the field of choice basing
on various criteria they thus send other business process alongside the application. This includes
CV, Resume, and other relevant certifications .This enables the consultants at CA to scrutinize
the documents to be able to come up with a list of shortlisted applicants.
CONTRACTOR
The contractor is now the actual employer of the successful shortlisted applicants and awards
jobs to applicant of choice following the qualification. The contractor name and other details
such as terms and conditions, payment terms are provided just to clarify the kind of work and its

specific payments so as to be there an agreement between the applicant(employee) and the
contractor is struck.
B.GATHER PROCESS DATA
Strategy for information gathering.
1.Traversing organizational norms from a primary rights, diversity and equity-inclusion

To be able to come up with this it is necessary to explore the organization’s norms from
fundamental human rights, diversity and equity-inclusion aspects which in this case are the
contractor’s organization.
Internal assessing of the organization
Get to know the contractor’s core business, goals, and the driving values..
In the event of knowing the contractor’s above aspects, we get to find the performance
parameters put in place as a motivational factor for the hitting of the organization’ strategies
ranging from human resources, diversity goals and equality.
Find out if the employees are able to detect the organizational diversity, inclusivity and the
various learning opportunities.
What is the contribution of the organization’s leadership in ensuring the realizing of the above
operational aspects.
How is employment, delivery opportunities advertised?
In assessing external context ;
Find out if there are appropriate ways in the sectors or in the organizations of the same kind in
operational dimension that we can bench-mark from.
Find out if there is any supporting fact from other organizations that a policy, program or
practice similar to one in place at the organization in question has had a good or bad result on
rule-protected group or other disadvantaged individuals in the environment.
What are the perceptions of the people around the organization.
Find out the demographic changes presently and in the future by studying the trend.
