INTRODUCTION
 Cross-culture is said to be one of the most prominent factors of
every organisation.
 Maintaining cross cultural capability seems to be the greatest
challenge that is faced by almost all the organisations that are
extending globally as well as which are planning to increase
there baseline to our country (Pang, 2020).
 Cross culture is to be identified carefully with regards to
different cultures that the office is operating.

CHALLENGES OF CULTURE SHOCK
 Cultural shocks are those that are attacked by
in the atmosphere that the company has
expanded or moved into.
 The different challenges that are faced by
cultural shocks are as follows:

1. Environment
 Environment is one of those factors that will impact the business and its
operations.
 When a company is operating in a certain environment then it has to be
abide by the laws and rules and then the company can flourish.
 When the environment is said to be not in a proper enhancement then
the first and foremost issue that the company face is lack of adaptability.
 Few things might not be same as that of the parent country like that of
the weather conditions and the transportation facilities in the company
will have to derive those opportunities in order to move ahead.

2. Adherence
 One of the most challenging aspect of the cross cultural
situation and the shocks is the process of adherence.
 Upon expanding or getting diminished by hook or by crook
the company will have to adhere the prospects which is a
major challenge.
 The company Asda is said to be one phenomenal in this
aspect where the management will adhere the prospects of
cross-culture.
