MAIN BODY
Development of Cross-cultural capabilities in Employees.
In order to shift business in different country, an organisation needs to develop cross
culture capabilities in their employees for the purpose of talent management in the organisation.
In case of Arthur Knights the business wants to shift their manufacturing process to China. In
order to shift this the company needs to consider that both the countries have different concepts
and cultures and are really far from each other which depicts a complete different culture in the
market. China is a country which have a very different culture all over the world (Mitchell,
Boyle and Nicholas, 2020). Although English is considered as international language but China
is the country which does not accept English at all and that is the reason the people of China does
not understand any other language than Chinese. Chinese language is a very tough language in
order to make learn the language to the employees who are going to be transferred for
management of operations in that location.
