INTRODUCTION
The cultural capability is essential part in the organisation as it ensures valuable
performance in working environment. It is one of the effective skill that has an ability to manage
several employee in company. This facilitates high level of performance so that company can
come over its competitors. It improves communication and encourage employee to participate
more for favourable results in progress of company. for developing cultural capabilities in
enterprise, they need to focus upon training secession as per suitable organisational structure. It
will support the whole organisation in producing favourable results. In this report chosen
organisation is Crown Northampton. This is one of the small SME deals in manufacturing shoes.
Entity wants to expand its business and production in other parts like China, Vietnam, Ethiopia.
This reports consist opportunities and risks which is involve in shifting production across the
world. It involves value which can be delivered to enhance HR department. This report aim
towards addressing issues like legal, logistics, purchasing, marketing as well as other department.
Report objective is concerned cross cultural and HR considerations in order to shift business
process.
TASK
Opportunities and risks while shifting business production in others parts of countries.
While expanding production in other parts of countries, it will leads towards generation of
opportunity as well as risk. So before entering into new markets of countries or expanding
business company must analyse its potential opportunity as well as risk (Santoro, 2020). Here are
some opportunities generate if Crown Northampton expand its business in China, Vietnam,
Ethiopia.
Raise revenue potential- While entering into the new countries, it will leads towards raise
in its revenue capital of company. As for that new countries products of Crown Northampton are
very fresh and new people will attract more as this company recently enter in the market and
introduce something different from other company of same market (Morling, 2017). That is why
the chance of scope of raising revenue, income, sale of company becomes more if they expand
its production.
