The effective comparison is to be made with the Bangladesh, Colombia andGhana. The main motive of this assignment is to solve the cultural issues so that manufacturingoperation can be operated in other countries effectively. There aresome negative comments which are relates miscommunication, creation of barriers,dysfunctional behaviours (Tjosvold, 2017). There are various cultural diverse workers and theyare having differed opinions, thoughts, beliefs, costumes and values. Thus, it can be said thatunderstanding and knowing of cultural differences is one of crucial task in order to get success inbusiness. In addition to this, effective use of cross culture teams will be helpful in order toprovide source of experience and innovative thinking and this kind of activities will interferewith competitive position of an enterprise. In terms to avoid culture misunderstandings managersshould understands culturally sensitive and promotes creativity and it is motivational tool interms to have flexible leadership (Søderberg and Holden, 2018.). The cultural difference is thebiggest issues this is need to get solved so that the enterprise able to operate the businessoperation in effective manner. The cross culture is very important task because it is helpful inorder to understand the people from the differed cultures (Daniele and et.al., 2016). Due to crossculture activities the employees need to manage the issues in relation to managerial activities.There is need to focus over the situation as to manage deal with the conflict situation.
