Reflection in action
I learned Digital literacy with the help of reflection and it means the type of skills necessary
to live in the modern world. Now every people learn technology and information from social
media platforms and mobile devices they give information related to various things. Digital
literacy is help to learn typical information in an easy way every people have a mobile phone
and internet so they excess any kind of information from digital media platform.
Porter's five models
When students learn porter's five models digital they can easily apply and understand them in
the real world it is not a bookish language it is a practical application of a topic. Digital
literacy is very clear and specific it gives lots of amount of information in one platform which
is not possible in bookish language.
Multiple intelligence
Digital literacy gives multiple intelligence because every person use this technique in
different way student use this in literacy and increase their knowledge or other peoples uses
technology in practical application. Digital literacy gives clear communication skills many
peoples can talk and write views digitally (Law, Woo and Wong, 2018). Now, these days
every person uses the internet or digital platforms to increase and enhance knowledge.
Psychology is a very difficult subject but in the case of digital literacy, it becomes very easier
because it gives images or presentations. Many people do various things in making digital
literacy attractive. Psychology theory which is learned by various learners but they learn from
digital literacy gives a major impact on learning.
Extensive reading
Digital literacy uses extensive reading and it creates interest in the learner. Digital literacy
gives a large number of reading comprehension habits in learners there is no requirement of
any book learner to go on the mobile phone and laptop and learn digital literacy it is quite
simple and easy for every learner.
Reading in detail
Literacy gives a detailed reading in one platform along with various images which clear the
concept in the learner.

Howard Gardner's eight intelligence
Teachers give various difficult theory to learn learners so they use digital literacy and
increase their knowledge one of the most difficult theory is Howard Gardner's eight
intelligence it give various information when learner go and learn from the book they can't
understand the theory so they use digital literacy (Tohara, 2021). Digital literacy gives the
deepest information about the theory and practically applies the theory in the real world it
clarifies the concept. Which is must necessary for any learner every person learn theories and
various thing from digital platform nowadays. It is a unique and good opportunity for the
learner to move digital literacy.
Linguistic verbal communication
Digital literacy also provides linguistic verbal communication it gives the deepest knowledge
of the words which use effectively in oral and written. It gives the ability to manipulate the
structure and pragmatism in languages these things are used by journalists, public speakers,
poets, played writers.
Critical thinking
Digital literacy develops critical thinking skills which is a new window in education. When
learners are confused then they go to search and evaluate or analyse information.
Communication
Communication is also a key to digital literacy when communication is in a virtual
environment it gives the ability the clarify ideas and relevant questions it will trust which is
an important factor in communicating person.
Deepness of topic
Digital literacy is important for the student because it gives depth knowledge of the content it
will important for the future when learners enter into the professional world. Many peoples
interact with workplaces which required a digital environment. Digital literacy creates new
ideas innovation and creativeness in the persons
Kolb reflective cycle
This document will help to learn from my own experience. I used this document for
developing digital literacy skills (Tzifopoulos, 2020). With the help of using a model and

individual is able to reflect on their own experience in a more systematic manner which
increases the ability to analyse experience in a more effective way. It provides an opportunity
to learn from my own experience by finding the area for improvement.
Seven Cs of communication
It becomes necessary and important to understand that the communication should be very
clear, concise, concrete, correct, coherent, complete and courteous. Without these seven Cs,
an individual is not able to develop effective communication skills. That's why I used these
important elements of communication which help them to develop their digital literacy skills
in a more effective manner.
Summary
To develop digital literacy skills, I used many important documents which becomes
the evidence. I used multiple intelligence because I already understand that in this technique
an individual can develop one or more skills. This is the main reason that I used multiple
intelligence which becomes the reason for developing digital literacy. It Proposes the
differentiation of human intelligence into specific mortality of intelligence. It deals with the
theory that describes important ways for students that helps them to learn and require the
information (Hauck, 2019). I found that every student has their way to learn information and
with the help of multiple intelligence I can connect in more important ways which become
easy for me to learn digital literacy skills. In addition to this, I also used communication
which becomes very helpful for me to develop the skills of digital literacy. The reason behind
that is communication is an important tool which makes the person more informative and
understandable (Mudra, 2020). I identify that without communication an individual is not
able to convey their message to another person so how they are developed skills and
knowledge without it. This is the main reason that type focused on effective communication
and I used the seven Cs of communication which makes the communication more effective.
Communication is the key to knowledge because when an individual successfully
passes the information to another person in a clear manner then only they can develop other
important skills (Kaeophanuek, Na-Songkhla and Nilsook, 2019). Without effective
communication, no one individual can do anything. It is necessary to understand that an
individual should use an effective communication process so that they can mix the message
clear and in a more effective way. For example, in the case of my own experience, I found
that communication is an important tool which I used for developing digital literacy skills. I

use communication by taking lecture classes that help me to understand deeply digital
literacy skills. If the communication between teacher and student is not clear then how I will
be able to learn digital literacy skills? This is the mean reason that I used the communication
process and the important seven Cs.
I also used a reflection in order to improve my digital literacy skills. It becomes
surprising for every person how a reflection is helpful in order to develop skills but when I
used and reflective model then I was able to know about more Deep knowledge of digital
literacy skills. It is important for every person to understand that reflection is an important
method of learning because it provides an opportunity for the individual to learn from their
own experience. When a person is using the model of reflection they there able to understand
clearly their experience and found the areas of improvement which provides a direction to the
individual about future action. In the same case, I use reflection and I found that my digital
literacy skills are not effective after that I developed an action plan in order to improve these
skills. It becomes very helpful for me and I am able to develop digital literacy skills with the
use of the reflective model. So in this way reflection is very helpful to learn from own
experience.
Extensive reading becomes very important in order to learn any information or skill
because extensive reading provides the opportunity to the individual to learn the information
of a particular topic from each and every source (Nedungadi and et.al., 2018). That means it
uses multiple sources of information that definitely provide diverse knowledge which leads to
the effective development of skills. So that's why I use an extensive reading which provides
me with an opportunity to use multiple sources of information for developing digital literacy
skills. It was not definitely easy for me because extensive reading requires a long time which
becomes very difficult for me to give because it reduces the timing of other important
subjects. This is the reason that many of the students generally do not use extensive reading
for developing any information.
