Strengths Insight and Action Planning Guide The assessment is based on the understanding of the build up in the strengths and the practices for enhancing the talent. The proper assessment of the talents of the individuals helps in identifying the changes in the functioning of the business in the market. The talent management helps in determining the future prospects in the micro and the macro levels of the change in the functioning of the individuals. The top five talents that I have received are Relator, Communication, Empathy, Command , and Maximizer . a. Relator A relator takes all steps to relate top the activities of the past and the present to design the future prospect of the change in the attitude of the individuals in the market. The major aspects of the change in the structure and the functioning of the relator is based on the identification of the change needs as per the requirements of the people and circumstances. The insights of the understanding of the needs of the people and the determination of the varied aspects of the change in the structure and the functioning of the business are supported through the role of the relator. On the other hand, I believe in intimacy with my friends when I get to know each other. it is like I can relate myself with my friends which helps me in identifying myself among my friends in a suitable position. Once the initial connection with my friends are made, I feel free to communicate with them, as I feel that I could identify myself among them. This has helped me in making more allies, which helped me in the long run while I would be working in a position in an office or company.I feel like I can understand their feelings and their goals as I can relate the same with my own objectives, which has helped in mixing with the different cultures of the people and relating the same in me. The major aspects of the change that is being undertaken by me is dependent on the identification of the relatives that I draw and determine the variables as per the personality type and the talent that I have acquired in me.

Communication Communication is perhaps one of the best talents that I have in me, which has helped me in bringing in improvements in the manner in which I perceive the world. It has helped me in understanding the different elemental approaches of the change that is required to be considered for understanding the improvements. The Communication in me has helped me in improving the manner in which I perceive things through continuous efforts and innovations. The Communication in the functioning of the individuals helps the same in maintaining a safe and sound system of bringing in improvements in the operations that are undertaken by the person in the macro and the micro levels. It helps in improving the culture and the outlook of the people, which is based on the understanding of the needs of the same in the market. Communication is a greater talent in me as it has helped me in designing and redesigning concepts to bring in improvements in the systems and the functioning of the varied channels. On the other hand, the determination of the needs of the people and adhering to the same through consistent efforts helps in bringing forth improvements in the systems that are considered by me. c. Empathy Empathy is a talent, which helps people to place themselves in the place of other people to realize their position in the present scenario. It helps in determining the levels of understanding of the people to facilitate the change in the structure and the functioning of the business in the markets. The major aspects of the talent of empathy has helped me in determining the position of the people in the market as I place myself in their situation and thereby try to reason out their position and their functioning. The empathy has helped me in determining the changes in the structure and the functioning of the business, which is based on the identifying the needs of the people in the market. On the other hand, this talent has helped me in identifying the major aspects of the innovation that I can promote through the “think differently” concept, which has helped in perceiving the other side of the coin, which is not visible to the other people. The Command in me also helps me in integrating the functions that I design and thereby provide all the necessary inputs to bring in changes in the systems. e. Maximixer The talent of Maximizer has helped me in determining the changes in the structure andthefunctioningaspertherequirementsofthejobthatIamundertaking.the determination of the various job roles and thereby adapting myself to the functions of the same has helped me in retaining to the job responsibility. The major aspects of the change that I have felt are based on the understanding of the adaption that has helped me in sustaining in the different functions through proper consistent steps. It has helped me in bringing forth improvements in the functioning. The Maximizer functions have helped in determining the changes in the structure and the functioning of the organizations, which has been appreciated at times. However, the talent in me has supported me to bring in changes in the systems to support the functioning of the same in the market.

Personal Student Action items Relator I being a relator must take steps to indulge with my friends in activities that would help me in enhancing the bonding I must also take steps to understand the different mentality of my friends and allies to mix freely with them I must also take steps to ring in efficiency in my soft skills and verbal communication abilities to facilitate the talent ad thereby try not to be an introvert while meeting new people and getting acquainted with the same as per the needs of the organization where I might work in the future. Communication I must take steps to bring in consistent improvement measures to my activities through the determination of the needs of the people I must take steps to incorporate myself in an organization so as to bring in changes in the systems and the functioning of the same in the market as per the needs of the organizational objectives Empathy I am required to undertake steps to enhance my understanding of the psychologies of the people whom I encounter for determining the position of the people and hereby understand the needs of the same. I can also facilitate the understanding of the needs of the people through the communication procedure that I might undertake for bringing in changes as per the determination of the needs of the people.

Command has helped me in determining the various processes through which change can be facilitated in the systems and the manner in which it will be helping to bring in improvements in the market. Maximizer The Maximizer to different circumstances will be helping me to bring in changes in the structure and the functioning of the business in which I am planning to function as a part of my job profile. Maximizer has also helped me in ensuring the needs of the same to bring in changes in the systems of the organization in the market. 3. Specific Professional Development Goals a. SMARTER Goal 1 Relator: I will share my views with my teammates about the planning of the different activities (S) before class hours at the weekends (Rea). I will also encourage the reading of the journals to discuss with my friends whatever we have learnt during the class hours (A). The discussion will be held before the class hours, which will help in enhancing the understanding of the content that is taught in class (T). It will help in filling up the gaps in our understanding of the concepts(M) which therebyhelpsin maintainingtheunderstanding levelof the team members (E). SMARTER Goal 2 Communication: I will go through the contexts of the assessments steadily (S) and thereby divide and segment them in daily tasks (M) which will be helping me to determine the hoursof work I will be undertaking to determine the completion of the goals (A). The flexibility of the tasks depends on the uncertainty of the time in my schedule, which has affected the learning time that might be required by me (Rea). The task is divided in a manner in which it will be helping me to identify the different activities that might be taken by me to complete the assessment, which is my ultimate goal (T). By undertaking the steps I will be facilitating the growth of the grades in my profile as per the objectives (Rew). c. SMARTER Goal 3 Empathy: I will undertake frequent communication with my friends (T) as they face difficulties during the submission of the articles as per the needs of the assessment procedure (S). I will be helping my friends to identify their issues and thereby bring in changes in the understanding which will be helping them, to make continuous improvements as per the needs of the assessment (A). I can thereby understand the difficulties that they might be facing while completing the assignments and helps them in identifying the different issues through the empathetic talent (Rea). I believe that my associates would be benefitted through the understanding of the different activities that will be supportive in nature which I shall undertake (M). The understanding of the issues that are faced by my friends will also help me in understanding the different situations through the implementation of my empathetic talent (E). The determination of the needs of the associates has helped in identifying the learning objectives and the manner in which it will help us in bringing in changes in the systems (Rew). d. SMARTER Goal 4 Command: I will undertake an assessment of the talents of my team mates (S). Undertake discussions with them on their CliftonStrengths and thereby identify the five strengths they have (Rea).

SMARTER Goal 5 Maximizer : I planned a team trip to the Royal Albert concert (Rea) in the UK (S) after the submission of our assignment (T). I will be preparing the delicacies for entire team (M). We will be setting off for the show early at 7:35 am to reach the site (A). I believe that the short plan will be an exciting outing for the team (E) which will be helping the team to relax after the hard studies (Rew). 4. Team Strengths Matrix There are four dimensions, which can be categorized as Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, and Strategic Thinking. The relationship building in the aspect in which our team functions. It has helped in bringing forth improvements in the systems and the functioning as a team. The team has the capabilities to identify the change needs as per the situation and the interpretation of the different issues that the teammates might face through the assimilation of 1+1+1>3 situation. On the other hand, the identification of the Executing domain has helped in strengthening the functions and the activities that are planned by our team. David is the one in our team who has proficiency in maintaining the virtuous elements of the changes in

The planning and the segmentation of the functions have helped in identifying the needs of the changes as per the requirements of the people in the market. Strategic thinking of the team is backed by Juan who is capable of bringing in insights of the change that might be undertaken by the team. It has helped our team in making improvements based on the identification of the uncertainties that we might face and the mitigating factors.Therefore, the dependence of the team members on one another is based on the identification of the needs of the change as per the requirements of the people in the market. The change in the assignment structure and the decision making of the team is not affected by the circumstantial changes, which has helped in enhancing the sustenance of the team functions.
